Do you have solid accounting experience, work accurately and reliably, and are keen to further develop and optimize processes? Are you open-minded and enjoy working in a service-oriented environment? Then we should get to know each other.
As the central interface to the CFO, you will be responsible for our financial management and controlling, as well as the optimization of our internal digital processes. At the same time, you will take on organizational tasks in office management, be the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, and support the smooth running of our day-to-day business.
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for financial accounting, including basic controlling
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
- Budget support and budget control
- Collaboration with management, trustees, and authorities
- Optimization and digitization of finance and operations processes
- Office organization and point of contact for internal and external inquiries
Your profile
- Solid training in finance and accounting—e.g., basic commercial training with a certificate, certified accountant, or a bachelor's degree with a focus on finance.
- Very precise, structured, and reliable way of working
- Openness to new tools and process improvements
- Hands-on approach, independent and solution-oriented
- Good English skills
