We  gladly hire working students  - mainly in the departments HR, Sales, Back-Office and Marketing.

We are very happy to supervise Bachelor's as well as Master's theses. These are mainly supervised in the individual workshops (data, reports, forecasting, Industry 4.0 workshop) and in marketing. In principle, other departments are also possible. We have collected a wide range of topics for Master's theses - you will find them HERE.

Of course, you can also come to us with your own topic proposal.

The further training of our employees - especially in the context of our learning workshop - is a central part of our corporate philosophy. This is also reflected  in our values "ambitious" and "together".

Therefore, internal changes are not at all unusual.

Information about our values can be found HERE.

After receiving your application we will send you a confirmation of receipt within one week.

You will then receive feedback from us after two weeks at the latest. If we would like to know more about you, we will invite you to an interview.  There, you will get to know your future supervisor and our CFO/Head of HR. Experienced applicants will be invited to two separate interviews.

If the interview was successful, you will receive a contract offer within a few days.

Normally, our consultants spend approx. three to four days a week at the client's premises. As far as the project situation permits, home office is possible. In our blended office in Tägerwilen, there are so-called hot desks  (first come, first serve) and lockable containers. Two larger meeting and project workrooms are also freely available, provided that no meetings are being held.

Christmas bonuses are rather unusual in Switzerland. Instead, we pay you an attractive, performance-related bonus at the end of the year.

In Switzerland, holiday pay is only available for hourly contracts, which is why we only give holiday pay to working students.

Our employees are entitled to 25 days of holiday per year.

With a 100% contract you work 40 hours a week. In Switzerland, 42.5 hours are obligatory. Part-time models are also possible - the working hours are then reduced on a linear basis.

Yes, that is a matter of course for us.

We recommend that you apply three months before finishing your studies, at the latest.
