What is the aim of the learning workshop?
As an employee, you are at the centre of our training and upskilling process.Of course, you are also invited to contribute to the guidelines for your further development.
Your workshop or team leader and you jointly develop and define a strategy for future development.The training goals derived from this are coordinated with the company goals, are regularly addressed in 1:1 discussions and are a component of the variable incentive compensation, especially for our younger employees.
