It is our mission, to further our customers in SAP Analytics. Therefore, it is a matter or course for us to provide the latest technical infrastructure for our employees.

Further education/ broad range of training courses

The first weeks are over! So that you can continue
to learn and develop further, we offer you  technical  and personal/methodical
trainings. In addition to our learning workshop, we offer Peerlabs, Teamlabs, hackathons, Know-How Sessions, Lunchlabs and external training courses .

Certifications

Within the framework of your activities, SAP certifications can help you to systematically build up  and document your know-how. You can obtain these with ambition and of course at our expense.

Annual staff development meetings

Twice a year you will meet with your manager and discuss your goal achievement,  set new goals together, and receive and give feedback on the cooperation.

Flexible career planning

You yourself know your goals best. We support you in your career planning and accompany you on your way.

Individual coaching

Our managers want to help you develop personally and professionally. Through individual coaching you will remove possible stumbling blocks together!

Project feedback

After completion of each project, you will review the course of the project together with the supervisor and discuss any possible improvements for the future.
