I'mDea Marovic, 24 years young and I'm studying "International Project Engineering" at the HTWG in the beautiful city of Constance. I am lucky to call this city my home, true to the motto "live where others go on holiday". I completed my Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering in Albstadt at the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University of Applied Sciences.
Why?
Iam writing my Master's thesis at s-peers AG because I am very interested in IT consulting. I particularly like the familiar atmosphere with flat hierarchies here. I also think that s-peers AG is very well positioned with regard to future topics: from IoT, Industry 4.0 to more sustainability, many exciting areas are represented.
How?
Ifeel very well looked after. All my colleagues are very nice and helpful and take time for me. My master's supervisor even lets me take part in many exciting events and meetings, which gives me a deeper insight into s-peers AG.
What?
Since the topic of sustainability is becoming increasingly important in today's society, economy and politics, my master's thesis will deal with this topic.
Green controlling, carbon footprint analytics, CSR are major topics of this thesis, which should answer the question of how more sustainability and, if necessary, corporate added value can be generated for both s-peers AG and our customers.

I'mCathrin, 24 years old and I study "Business Administration & Management" at the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University of Applied Sciences in Sigmaringen.

Idecided to write my master's thesis at s-peers AG because I was particularly interested in the innovative projects and subject areas at s-peers. The topics for master's theses are varied and allow you to learn from a variety of different professional disciplines.

I am writing my Master's thesis on the topic of "Integrated Business Planning". The core of the thesis is to develop a concept to build up integrated planning in the SAP Analytics Cloud by defining, among other things, the components and information requirements of corporate planning and then modelling the data accordingly before the concept is practically implemented in the SAP Analytics Cloud. As an add-on, I also consider the use of predictive methods in planning in order to build up a short forecast scenario on a selected planning key figure in the SAP Analytics Cloud.

I'mHeide Horrmeyer and I'm studying for a Master's degree in Business Information Technology at the HTWG Konstanz.
Why?
s-peers AG offers interesting topics for the master's thesis. I had the opportunity to help shape my topic for the master's thesis and to let my wishes and interests flow into the goal setting and topic design.
How?

The topic of my master thesis is predictive analytics in the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The focus in SAC is on the Smart Predict area, which enables the creation of predictive models (regression, time series and classification). The master's thesis analyses the limits and possibilities of the Smart Predict area in SAC.

Myname is Lukas Weixler, I study Social and Economic Data Science at the University of Konstanz.
Why?
Theapplication of machine learning methods to real-life problems has always fascinated me, even during my studies. Therefore, it was important to me to write a practice-oriented master's thesis. This can best be realised at a highly specialised company - that's how I became aware of s-peers AG.
