Who am I and what do I do at s-peers AG?
Hi, I'm Cathrin and I wrote my master's thesis on integrated planning with SAP Analytics Cloud in the reporting workshop at s-peers. In the meantime I am a Professional Consultant.
What excites me about s-peers AG?
- To have the feeling of belonging to the team from the very beginning and to be able to work together in a personal atmosphere.
- The opportunity to get to know many different subject areas and disciplines and thus to develop in different directions.
How long have you been working in the IT industry?
Since September 2021, with the start of my master's thesis.
Which IT cliché would you like to dispel?
That it is not only computer scientists who can contribute their knowledge to IT, but that a variety of different skills and also professional backgrounds are needed.
Christiane Grimm - Inside Sales
Who am I and what do I do at s-peers AG?
I am Christiane, originally from the northern Black Forest and have lived on Lake Constance since my studies. I have been working at s-peers AG since February 2024.
What excites me about s-peers AG?
I'm impressed that I'm allowed to take responsibility for my own tasks right from the start and that I'm given a lot of freedom to develop myself further.
How long have you been working in the IT industry?
I have been working professionally in the IT and software environment since 2018.
Which IT cliché would you like to dispel?
I would like to dispel the myth that the IT industry is associated with a lack of fun. During my time in this field, I have met very exciting and creative people who have a great sense of humor. The industry is innovative and not afraid to break away from traditional structures.
Dea Klatt - Customer Success Manager

I am a Customer Success Manager at s-peers AG. I started with my master's thesis, then worked as a Professional Consultant in the field of SAP Analytics - and today I support our customers in drawing real added value from our solutions.
What excites me about s-peers AG?
I am inspired by the team spirit, the dynamics, and the opportunity to really make a difference together with our clients.
How long have you been working in the IT industry?
I have been part of the IT industry since 2021 – and it feels like I have found my place.
Which IT cliché would you like to dispel?
„IT projects are purely technical matters.“
No – it is often about translating complex technical requirements. Without know-how from areas such as business administration or finance, nothing works.
Emma Colla - Marketing and Sales
Who am I and what do I do at s-peers AG?
Hi, I'm Emma! I'm a working student on the marketing and sales team, and I handle the design and social media channels for s-peers AG.
What excites me about s-peers AG?
My team welcomed me with open arms right from the start and gave me real responsibility right away! The atmosphere is warm, and you quickly feel like part of the team. Plus, I’m learning a lot every day about the world of IT—a field I knew absolutely nothing about before. That’s exactly what makes this experience so valuable.
How long have you been working in the IT industry?
I've only been here for 5 months, and I ended up here kind of by chance! I started as an intern and will soon become a working student. That shows me that I've really found my place here. I don't regret it at all. 😄
Which IT cliché would you like to dispel?
You have to know your way around before you even start. I had no prior experience in this field, no technical training, and no IT background—and yet I’ve found my place here. The IT industry is so vast and diverse that absolutely anyone can find their path, no matter what their background is. You just have to stay curious! 😊

Hi, I'm Joana. I started as an intern at s-peers in February 2026, and I've been working as a consultant in the Data Workshop since April.
What excites me about s-peers AG?
What I particularly love about s-peers AG is the friendly and respectful way we treat one another. We work together as equals, and you can always count on the support of your colleagues.
How long have you been working in the IT industry?
I began my computer science studies in 2022 and have been working in the IT industry since 2026.
Which IT cliché would you like to dispel?
I'd like to dispel the cliché that IT is something completely incomprehensible. As soon as you take a closer look at it, it quickly becomes clear that much of it is structured logically and is easy to understand. You just have to take the time to explore it.

I started to find the world of analytics pretty cool in 2020 as a dual student with a focus on business administration.

IT is complicated. There will always be people who want to use buzzwords to show you that nobody can understand what they do. They are wrong. IT should make people's lives easier.

Hello everyone! I'm Katrin and I work as Head of Personnel Administration and Office Management at s-peers AG.
What excites me about s-peers AG?
S-peers AG inspires me because of its family-friendliness, which makes it possible to reconcile work and family life. On top of that, there is the friendly atmosphere in the team. Last but not least, I am happy to work in a progressive company where a lot of value is placed on further development.

Which IT cliché would you like to dispel?
That IT is dominated by men and the employees are introverted nerds. I noticed that a lot of women work in this industry. The employees are communicatively open and work together productively in teams.
Kirsten Nachtmann - Senior Consultant & Team Lead (Currently on parental leave)
Who am I and what do I do at s-peers AG?
Hoi, I am Kirsten. I am a Senior SAP Analytics Consultant and I mainly work with SAP BW, SAP DWC and SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
What excites me about s-peers AG?
Striving to always move with the times and stay innovative. In the world of SAP, this is a real challenge. s-peers succeeds very well with its focus on the latest technologies!
I also like the focus on sustainability. An absolute must in today's world.
How long have you been working in the IT industry?
I have been working in IT consulting for four years now (since 2019). I started as a master student and then stayed as a consultant.
Which IT cliché would you like to dispel?
IT workers are men of advanced age who sit alone, without human contact, working on their tasks and spend their time at their self-built gaming computer, even after work.
Yet the world of IT is very colorful - just like the people who live in it. Especially in consulting, contact with our customers and colleagues is indispensable. And for me personally, I'm offline after work, and my personal laptop is so old that it takes half an hour to boot up.
Dr. Katharina Trumm - Expert Finance & Inhouse Organisation

My name is Katharina and I have been back at s-peers
AG since October 2023. When the opportunity arose after seven years, I returned in a new role
: my tasks are now mainly in
project administration and finance.
What excites me about s-peers AG?
Hierarchy and divisional boundaries hardly play a role. There is a good order, but no rigid structures - everyone is open to positive change. We develop ourselves and our company together.
I like the way we all work and interact with each other as one big team at eye level. We are committed to working towards our joint success. Everyone can bring in their own strengths and make their own specific contribution.

Since my re-entry at s-peers AG. Before that, I worked in the real estate industry for many years.
Which IT cliché would you like to dispel?
I would like to dispel the cliché of it being a male domain. We women also have analytical skills that we should not systematically underestimate and let lie fallow. IT is still dominated by men, but we women can also make a positive contribution in this industry and create added value - I am convinced of this and we women at s-peers AG are committed to convincing others of this every day through our work.
Lena Blieberger - Project Management Consultant
Who am I and what do I do at s-peers AG?
Hi 🙂 I'm Lena, and I've been working as a Project Management Consultant at s-peers AG since February 2026. I help our clients digitize and optimize their business processes and guide them through the various project phases. In doing so, I support projects from requirements gathering through design to implementation, and I work closely with business units and IT.
What excites me about s-peers AG?
What excites me most is the combination of exciting projects, strong team spirit, and the opportunity to continuously develop my skills. I appreciate the open corporate culture, the chance to learn from experienced colleagues, and the trust placed in me to take on responsibility early on.

"IT is all about programming" or "the IT field is only for tech geeks."

Who am I and what do I do at s-peers AG?
Hello, I'm Marie, originally from the Ivory Coast and have lived in Germany since 2014. Since April 2025, I have been living in Switzerland and working as a Consultant SAP Analytics in the reporting workshop at s-peers AG.
What excites me about s-peers AG?
The collaboration, the team spirit among all colleagues. You always get support when you need it. I think the variety of customer projects and the pursuit of innovation and new challenges are great!
How long have you been working in the IT industry?
I have been working in the IT industry since 2016. From an internship in online marketing to a bachelor's thesis in the SAP area, I am predestined to conquer the IT industry, especially the SAP Analytics world since 2021.
Which IT cliché would you like to dispel?
Developers sit in dark offices with hoodies, headphones, and Monster/Red Bull. I want to show that beautiful, humorous women with style and social skills can also be successful in the IT world.

People in IT are mainly men who are only focused on their own programmes. They do not attach much importance to their appearance and good nutrition. We are men and women who take responsibility for others, consider life a challenge and also want to enjoy it.

Which IT cliché would you like to dispel?
I would like to show that there are many different professions in computer science and that the tasks are varied.
At s-peers, we work as a team, approach projects in an agile manner and are interdisciplinary. We are open to new things, ask questions and want to create measurable added value for our clients. Sure, we also work on the computer, but so do most people who work in an office.
