Inhold
The use of SAP Datasphere for data modelling and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for data visualization is intended to significantly optimize Starrag's service processes. The aim is to identify sales potential, improve service quality and increase customer satisfaction. This is to be achieved by means of personalized insights into customer data, their installed base and open tasks for account managers, team and department heads, as well as analyses such as revenue margin per order, equipment or customer and analyses of spare parts sales, service contracts, etc.
