Our modules
Technology
The focus of this module is on acquiring basic know-how and continuous training on SAP products and Google Cloud Platform technologies, as well as other technologies in the field of analytics. Our peersAcademys website and the technology library, which lists all relevant content, serve as a guide for building up and further expanding expertise. These are organized according to our respective workshops and individual SAP and Google Cloud Platform technologies.
Professional
The focus of this moduleis the acquisitionknowledge in order to understand the processes and content-related issues of our customers,in order tocompetent solutionssolutions. Withinthemodule, in particular technical principles from the fields of accounting and controlling are used.
Knowledge Base
In this module, the concentrated knowledge of all consultants from the various projects is compiled and best practices are presented.
Soft skills
This module is about developing skills such as "How do I give a good presentation?" or "How do I hold a workshop?".
We have also compiled various LinkedIn Learnings that are free of charge and are designed to support you in your personal and professional development.
What is the aim of the peersAcademy?
As an employee, you are at the center of our training and upskilling process.Of course, you are also encouraged to contribute to the guidelines for your further development.
Your workshop or team leader and you jointly develop and define a strategy for future development.The training goals derived from this are coordinated with the company goals, are regularly addressed in 1:1 discussions and are a component of the variable incentive compensation, especially for our younger employees.
As a young professional, your buddy will also be there to help you find your way around. He/she will not only help you with content-related questions, but also with everything about s-peers AG.
Human Relations accompanies the management and training process as a central contact and neutral mediator.
To keep our learning workshop tidy and up-to-date, there are guardians for certain topics. They are responsible for the content management and further development of their area in the learning workshop. They ensure that the learning material always remains state-of-the-art.
