Whether you want to get off to a flying start as a career starter or tackle new topics as a professional or senior consultant, our peersAcademy provides onboarding and training content on the following topics:
- Technology (e.g. currently SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, BW/4, Google Cloud Platform, ...)
- Business topics (e.g. controlling and accounting, planning, supply chain...)
- Knowledge base (the concentrated knowledge of all consultants from the various projects and other best practices)

What is the aim of the peersAcademy?
As an employee, you are at the center of our training and upskilling process.Of course, you are also encouraged to contribute to the guidelines for your further development.
Your workshop or team leader and you jointly develop and define a strategy for future development.The training goals derived from this are coordinated with the company goals, are regularly addressed in 1:1 discussions and are a component of the variable incentive compensation, especially for our younger employees.
As a young professional, your buddy will also be there to help you find your way around. He/she will not only help you with content-related questions, but also with everything about s-peers AG.
Human Relations accompanies the management and training process as a central contact and neutral mediator.
To keep our learning workshop tidy and up-to-date, there are guardians for certain topics. They are responsible for the content management and further development of their area in the learning workshop. They ensure that the learning material always remains state-of-the-art.
