In addition to the digital transformation, many companies are also dealing with the agile transformation of business models. Now that digitalisation has increasingly found its way into Swiss companies, the need for new forms of communication and work must be met. On the one hand, controlling can also benefit from agile forms of communication and work and establish an agile mindset in the controlling department. On the other hand, controlling is required to make the added value of agility in the company measurable with adequate control systems.

The speakers from different sectors will use practical examples to show how they are driving forward digitalisation and agility in controlling and what experiences have been gained in the process. The panel discussion "Agile working environment in the financial organisation" will promote the exchange of experience and discussion in the topic area of digitalisation and agility among the participants. Dr. Stefan Lieder, head of the forecasting workshop at s-peers AG, will speak on the topic: "The automation of rolling extrapolation":

The conference is organised by the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ in cooperation with the Swiss working groups of the International Controller Association ICV. Together we want to combine practical experience with current research results and make this knowledge available to controllers and practitioners interested in finance.
