By integrating with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, s-peers' planning solution offers customers an efficient and user-friendly way to plan and manage their human resources.
s-peers AG is expanding its presence in the SAP® Store by providing an advanced FTE and personnel cost planning solution. This innovative solution enables companies to plan their personnel resources efficiently while keeping an eye on the associated costs. The modular structure of the solution allows flexible adaptation to a wide range of company needs.
New dimensions in personnel planning and cost control
The solution is divided into two main modules: personnel planning and personnel cost planning. Personnel planning includes functions for creating new jobs, transfers or terminations, as well as a simulation option for FTE (Full Time Equivalent), based on growth targets and fluctuation for the next two years.
The second module is dedicated to personnel cost planning, in which costs including basic salary, bonuses and one-off payments can be planned on the basis of FTE planning. This module also enables the integration of the AHV / IV calculation and offers a simulation function for personnel costs that takes into account potential wage increases for two subsequent years.
s-peers also provides the option of saving, loading and adapting simulations separately across all modules, which is rounded off by predefined reporting with planning and simulation data - both graphically and in tabular form.
Data entry is limited to the existing master data, which prevents incorrect entries. This intuitive feature, combined with a user-friendly interface, makes it much easier to navigate and use the solution.
